Fire Cider
Ingredients
20 Grams Garlic
15 Grams Onion
10 Grams Ginger
15 Grams Horse Radish
5 Grams Cayenne
Muslin Cloth for straining
700ml Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions.
1. Pour Apple Cider Vinegar in to a glass bottle or Jar.
2. Combine all dried ingredients and place in to bottle.
3. Keep away from direct sunlight and make sure bottle is tightly sealed. Shake Well daily for 2 weeks
4. Open bottle and place muslin cloth over the top and secure with rubber band. Tip bottle up into a new container and allow all liquid to drain out of bottle. Now you can refill the original bottle with apple cider vinegar to get second batch.
5. Ta Da! You just made Fire Cider. Store in the fridge and take daily for its immune boosting properties.
6. Standard dose is ½ - 1 teaspoons for kids and 1 - 2 Tablespoons for adults. If the flu does strike, take the normal dose every 3-4 Hours until symptoms disappear.
