Capsule: HPMC Plant Fibre (Vegetarian)
Daily Intake: 4–6 capsules daily (approx. 2–3 g total), preferably split into two doses, or 5 g powder daily (approx. 1 tsp)

Best Taken

Best taken on an empty stomach or 1–2 hours away from food, supplements, and medications. Start with a lower dose and increase gradually.
