Certified Organic Galium aparine - (Aerials– germany) Capsule: HPMC plant fibre (vegetarian)

Daily Intake:

Capsules: 4 to 8 capsules daily, taken in 1 to 2 divided doses
Powder: 2 to 4 grams daily (approximately 1 to 1½ teaspoons), split into 1 or 2 doses

Best taken: Best taken in the morning and/or before midday to support lymphatic drainage and fluid movement throughout the day

Good to Know: Use caution if taking diuretics or medications for blood pressure, as cleavers may enhance fluid elimination.
