Trade Juglans nigra - (Hulls– Albania) Capsule: HPMC plant fibre (vegetarian)

Daily Intake:

Capsules: 1 to 2 capsules daily
Powder: 500 mg to 1,000 mg daily (approx. 1/4 to 1/2 tsp)

Best taken: Best taken with food, once or twice daily. Ideally used in the morning or early afternoon.
